Privacy Policy

Who we are. prompt-vault is a prompt management service operated from India. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and GDPR principles.

What we collect. (a) Account data: workspace name and, if you sign in, an email. (b) Content you create: prompts, versions, assertions, and run results. (c) Usage analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregate pageview and event data with no cross-site tracking.

How we use it. To operate the Service, run the regression checks you request, provide support, and bill paid plans. We do not sell your data. We do not train models on your prompts.

Third parties. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe, who receive only the data needed to charge you. If you connect LLM keys, prompt execution is routed to the provider you configure.

Retention. Content is retained while your workspace is active. You can delete projects and prompts at any time; deletion removes them from primary storage promptly and from backups on the backup rotation cycle.

Your rights. You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

Security. Data is transmitted over TLS and access is restricted. Report concerns to security@promptvault.aiskillhub.info.
