Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@promptvault.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not made substantial use of paid-only features (live model-diff runs), you may request a full refund of that charge. After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable but you will not be billed again.

Failed or duplicate charges. Any duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full once verified, typically within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

How to request. Email billing@promptvault.aiskillhub.info with your workspace name and the payment reference. We respond within 2 business days.

Taxes. Refunds include any GST charged on the refunded amount.
