Terms of Service

1. Agreement. By using prompt-vault ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. The Service. prompt-vault provides prompt version control and regression testing. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any model-regression result is exhaustive or that the Service will catch every defect in your prompts.

3. Your content. You retain all rights to the prompts and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for not uploading content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer for competitive purposes, or attempt to disrupt the Service, exceed plan limits by circumvention, or use it to violate any law.

5. Plans & billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are charged via Razorpay or Stripe. Taxes (including GST) are added where applicable. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.

6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email.
